Spoon River Weather, operated by Colin Davis, sought to create a new brand image that reflects the community in which it serves. Colin asked that the logo incorporate imagery or symoblism of the region, in addition to being weather-related. The end result is a logo, featuring a sun over a winding river, within a holding shape of Fulton County, IL. The typeface is Montserrat, which is bold, clean, and modern.

March Madness Legacy is a game mod for NCAA Basketball 10 that sought to modernize the game with current rosters and team branding. Many of the game's designs were created by me, including the main logos and menu screens.

This menu screen features the full legacy logo I created in Affinity Design. It is centered on the right side to avoid on-screen elements. Shadows and reflections were created to look more realistic and three-dimensional.

This image was created for the main menu background, with the navigation items overlayed on the left side, hence the draw towards the right side, which was not covered by on-screen elements.

This menu screen was created for the 2022 release, which coincided with Mike Krzyzewski’s retirement. All splash screens centered the logo on the left side, so it would appear directly above the "Press Start" on-screen element.

This splash screen was created for all standard releases of the mod, featuring separate foreground and background elements, and removing the text at the bottom of the trophy, making it usable for any year.

This was created for the spring 2023 release, which featured the correct bracket for the college basketball tournament. This bracket-inspired splash screen was created using Affinity Photo and Designer.

The 2023 release began a focus on college basketball icons, including Pete Maravich (#23). This included recoloring a black-and-white image and adding purple and gold accents to highlight his college, LSU.

The following are edits from a graduation shoot for no reason other than fun. Sam was a member of the club tennis team at Illinois and wanted photos to commemorate that. I came up with ideas he'll never forget (and yes, we took real photos, too).
